Najjednostavnije receno kako bi smanjio mogucnost iskorištavanja wheya kao izvora energije za popunjavanje glikogena, tj da posluži kao dex u slucaju da je ima nedovoljno a whey se "nađe u blizini"

A za ovo prvo pitanje, uzmi digitalnu vagu

a nemam baš digitalnu vagu
budem se raspitao kod maminih frendica nek posudi neka Znaci ne mogu sa istom mjericom uzimat šecer i whey?
nekak sam pretpostavio da je tak..

zlice ili zlicice? Proteina jos nemam, zasad bar to + pwm posni i mlijeko... To ok? Ili sam razmisljao shakeat mlijeko + grozdani ( na sta bi to licilo xD )

Litra mlijeka i š00g cornflakesa ti može proc, mlijeko i kraš ekspres isto tako, može proci i mlijeko+grožđani al na što bi to licilo

Ja mislim da vise ni necu uzimat PWM u obliku whey+dex, vec takodjer hranu kao meso i krumpir.. makar mjesec dana za test

Jaja ujutro no way. Jednostavno mi ne leži "slani" obrok cim se dignem, vec trebam nešto slatko, ugljikohidratno.

Neceš osjetiti neku pretjeranu razliku..osim što ceš moc pojest više kcal jer nema onih iz tekuceg pwm-a
