stavis prasak i napunis shaker do vrha, sad tesko da ce stat i prasak i 7dl vode, ali po litre sigurno stane, mozda malo vise

... ja stavim 50-60 grama grožđanog + 30 grama whey-a i 3-4 dcl vode pa mi se nekad vidi rijetko!?

Jaja ujutro no way. Jednostavno mi ne leži "slani" obrok cim se dignem, vec trebam nešto slatko, ugljikohidratno. Neceš osjetiti neku pretjeranu razliku..osim što ceš moc pojest više kcal jer nema onih iz tekuceg pwm-a |
