nope, taman dovoljno diram dupetom klupicu, jer dupe treba biti u kontaktu sa klupom, tak da, spoji 2 i 2 inace radim i veci arch ali je onda drukciji setup!A mislim illy jes dao covjeku odgovor ne ono luk se radi na trbuhu naravno da se radi u leđima luk. pitbull kratko i jasno - koristiš više mišicnih skupina, da ne kažem cijelo tijelo, nego kod klasicnog flat benca. guglaj pl bench press
postoji tocno određena mjera al ne da mi se tražit tam po forumu uže od ovog geto lika svakako. |

Ja uopce nemam pojma kakve veze ima "geto" sa tim likom koji benca al ajde nek mu bude
![]() Odmah vidim kako ima extra extra širok hvat (pitanje je jel bi ga priznali kao regularan), uporište mu je maltene na vrhu palca što opet dovodi u pitanje stabilnost i korištenje leg drive-a. Osobno smatram kako je dobro imati nekakav "ritual" setup-a za benđđđ, tj. ako radiš pl gotovo da i moraš se nekako namjestiti jer ne možeš samo doci ispod šipke i hop bum dic i vratit šipku. Setup je usudio bih se reci bar 50% lifta. Jednako vrijedi i za sq i dl. Soner nisam ni znao da me pratiš na jubitou ![]() |

A ono, lik se namješta za BP, meni nije ništa cudno jer i ja izvodim slicne karafeke
![]() ![]() mada se na onoj tvojoj snimci ne vidi jel mu guzica odvojena od klupice ili nije, ak je, bench press nije regularan ![]() |
