  "Jogurt je izvrstan izvor proteina, ali "jedna vrsta cak sadrži više od dvostruke doze proteina", kaže Blatner. Grcki jogurt, koji je gušci, ima i do 20g proteina po cašici (tradicionalne vrste jogurta znaju imati i svega 5g). Ako jedete jogurt zbog proteina potražite vrste koje sadrže barem 8-š0g po porciji."

Kopirano sa fitness stranice.. Zanima me jeste li ikada naisli na takve jogurte u Hrvatskoj?

što je cudno, pa to je grcki jogurt. Tako si možeš raditi i namaz od jogurta, samo umjesto da kroz noc ostaviš jogur da se cijedi - pustiš ga 2-3 dana i dobije se fina gusta krem baza za neki namaz. Npr. nadodaš cešnjaka, sjeckanog suhog vlasca i malo crvene paprike - i da vidiš.

I sad kužiš zašto u litri grckog ima više proteina... to ti je - dvije litre jogurta.

jogurt nije nikakav izvor proteina, a ne izvrstan :) dok doguraš do neke razumne kolicine proteina, prikupiš i poštenu kolicinu uh-a, i to onih malo manje dobrih
