Pozdrav svima! Idem u teretanu otprilike 3 mjeseca, a naravno cilj mi je skinuti kilograme..do sad nisam baš primjetila veci pomak što se tice kilaže..međutim tijelo se pocelo oblikovat i puno bolje izgleda...
zanima me koliko bi bilo ucinkovito da se za pocetak više posvetim crobnom dijelu (traka, orbitrek i sl.) ili je ipak bolja kombinacija na spravama i utezima??...Također napominjem da sam se prije bavila sportom... Hvalaaa!;) |
