   Pozdrav , imam +18g , 180-185cm , trenutno 110kg . Idem u teretanu oko 1.5-2g s pauzama samo da nije sve masnoca bez brige ;) . Dosao sam u potraznji za savjetima oko prehrane i mrsavljenja .

   Cesto raditi kardio (trcanje,bicikl,hodanje)minimalno pola sata dnevno. Obavezno jedi dorucak.(npr.Zobene pahuljice i napitak od meda i limuna).Ostani hidratiziran (pij puno vode).Jedi 3 glavna obroka dnevno i par uzina.Malo masti,vise proteina i ugljikohidrata.Nemoj jesti przeno i piti gazirana pica.Preporucam jedan napitak,meni je jako pomogao.Topla voda,med,limun i dumbir (nije nuzan).Naribati dumbir.Javi ako savjet pomogne. | |
