A sad genetika igra ulogu u kolicini i izgledu misicne mase (kako je rasporedjena, omjer vlakana itd), tako da be genetike mozda nebi bio Mr olimpia, ali naravno da se može , jer ta mišicna masa i izgled je dobiven jedino anabolickim steroidima, bez steroida nije moguce

Ne mozes ako i imas genetiku kao on. Nitko se nije zbildao od whey-a nikada, whey je dodatka prehrani, nista drugo
