Ma ubija me njen trening!!! A brat mi se samo smije sa strane!
Kad smo je culi prvi put kako stenje, brat je mislio da je neki pornic , ali tko god je probao odraditi njen "samo 20 maaaliiiih min treningica", zna šta je to! A ako ništa, bar naucite stenjati!!!! |

Evo jucer sam slucajno naletio na ovaj program - 20 minutni intervalni kardio.
Možete ga pogledati na ovom linku: BodyRock TV Prije nego što krenete, želim reci još samo nekoliko stvari. Kardio se sastoji od 5 dijelova, svaki po 4 minuta. Uglavnom se radi o body weight vježbama i ovo je prijedlog da isprobate malo i ovaj kardio program. Kako kažemo.. valja mijenjati svako malo programe treninga. Također preporuka je da pogledati cijeli web od BodyRock TVa, možda dobijete kakvu inspiraciju za novim stvarima: Daily Workouts Workout Archives Eto, enjoy.. |
