Ona sigurno nece nabit 5 kila sala, ima 45 kila a trebala bi imat oko 55 i vise

može i meni pomoc.evo radim plan za prehranu i sad uzimam podatke s važe tablice i nekužim šta je šta tj trebaju mi kalorije.usput dali negdje piše koliko ima proteina u toj hrani i kolko bi njega morao unosit u onako malo drasticnijoj djeti.hvala. |
