Jednostavno ,dali je u redu jesti prženi i slani kikiriki? Cijenio bi objašnjenje ,hvala! Nije da sam na definiciji ili nesto ali samo me zanima ,jedem ga obicno posljepodne ,jednu šaku ,šh prije treninga sa posnim...

Slano diže tlak, pomaže zadržavanju vode u organizmu. A usput unosiš u organizam rafinirane masnoce koje nimalo nisu zdrave niti ima išta u njima šta bi organizmu trebalo.
Kikiriki u ljusci je puno bolji izbor. |
