SASTOJCI: 5 žlica nemasnog svježeg sira 2 žlice kukuruznog brašna 2 žumanjka 2 žlice soka od limuna 3 žlice zaslađivaca 5 bjelanjaka Izmiksajte sir, kukuruzno brašno, žumanjke, limun i zaslađivac. Posebno tucite bjelanjke dok ne budu cvrsti. Umiješajte u njih prethodno pripremljenu smjesu i sve ulijte u posudu u kojoj cete peci kolac. Pecite ga na srednje jakoj vatri š5-ak minuta, a servirajte ga hladnog. |

ja bih još dodala da posudu za pecenje treba obložiti pek papirom ako je ne želite mastiti i pobrašniti, inace šete tortu strugati špatulom sa kalupa
