   Za pocetak izbaci sve nepotrebne kalorije, da, da, mislim na pivu i sokove sa šecerom, bijeli kruh, obroke tipa burek i pizza, zaboravi. Uvedi posni sir, pileca prsa, jaja raženi kruh, maslinovo, zelenjavu, znaci što cišcu i prirodniju hranu. E da, upiši se u teretanu i ubaci par cardia tokom tjedna. Te promjene su ti za pocetak dosta, jer tvoj metabolizam je dosta usporen, nisi naviknut na aktivnosti, samo te promjene ce dovoljno šokirat tvoje tijelo da pocne trošit salo kao energiju. | |
