     Super kilaža, odlicno, samo tehnika koma, užas, zaboljela me leđa samo dok sam gledao. Pod hitno radi na tehnici jer bi te inace mogli gledat za koju god na operacijskom stolu  Btw, cemu strapsi?   |

   Nisam vani u RH sam. Ovo mi je max maxova zasad i tehnika nije bas najbolja to i sam znam. Al inace znam tehniku DL-a. Inace nebi ovako mlad radio ni priblizno teske kilaze. :)

Jbt,jel trebam crtat da je ovo maximalna težina,koja ne služi ni za hipertrofiju ni ništa,vec jednino da vidim koliko mogu dic na mrtvom dizanju - maximalo.  Nebujte ljubomorni ljudi :)   
Ucite vjezbajte papajte i budite jaki ;)

 Hehe zanimljiv pristup, ne moraš crtat vidiš da sami imamo olovke i papir, ali te ipak ne opravdava da lomiš leđa i plivaš s utegom  Meni je recimo tehnika jednaka na maxu i na repsima, samo što na repsima radim više pon i brže nego na maxu.

   Nekad nije lako probit zid. Ipak sam mlad,a uz to nikad nisam imao problema s leđima niti ozljedama prilikom deadlifta i vježba opcenito :)
