Bok ljudi...
Odlučio bi se za kondicijski program insanity, imam 88kg, visok sam 176cm, 27 god. Htio bih usput smršaviti max. do 10 kg. Molim preporuke u vezi suplemenata za mršavljenje i kondiciju, te preporuke u vezi insanity-a. Svaka preporuka je dobrodošla. Hvala!!

Prvo si organiziraj prehranu i kreni s treninzima, a tek potom počni razmišljati o suplementima.
