Pozdrav svima znanima i neznanima.
Pošto imam domacih jabuka roditelju su napravili domaci sok , jabuke su nešpricane i nema nikakvih kemikalija i sok je cist. Što mislite u upotrebi kako i kada , inace pijem vodu , ali i mene nekad lupi želja da popijem sok , a kad vec imam ovakav domaci zašto ne .

ako nema šecera ne vidim zašto ga ne bi pio nekad umjesto vode

Sok mozes piti najblize treningu. Gotovo 15 minuta prije treninga ga mozes popiti i nece ti opteretiti stomak. Ja ga popijem 15-30 min prije trcanja ako nisam imao posten obrok unazad 2-3 sata.

Ja sam prije par dana napravila sok u svom juseru odlicno namirnice: cikla, narance, 1 limun, mrkva, celer, krastavac i puno ljubavi.

Ja si redovito radim sok od jabuke, i znam dodati malo limuna ili naranče unutra, mislim da je tako nešto idealno piti tokom jutra, meni da energije i super mi je čak i nakon treninga.. meni je jabuka za probavu mila majka!
