Vidio sam to, ali htio sam da razmisli malo i sam dodje do zakljucka da mu ne treba , jer ovako on samo trazi potvrdu onoga sto bi zelio i sto planira, a to je piti whey Big smile i bilo kakav drugi odgovor ga nece zadovoljiti .

za proteine nije dokazano da su stetni,ove u prahu,tako da bi trebalo bit sigurno,plus vidio sam neke klince od 15 na youtubeu kako ih piju i pitaju pro bodybuildere za savjete,po meni bi trebalo pocekat koju godinu pa tek onda ih piti jer ti je tijelo jos u razvoju sa 14 godina,zbunit ces tijelo

proteine mozes popiti poslije vjezbanja,pogotovo whey jer se brzo probavljaju,trebalo bi uzet whey najkasnije do 90 minuta poslije vjezbanja,ja ga popijem odmah,i treba mu 30ak minuta da se probavi,postoje i druge vrste proteina,sporootpustajucih i sl.

moj savjet je da ne pije nikakve suplemente osim mozda nekakvih vitamina i to u konzultaciji s doktorom
