 Bome ne.. sada sam ubacio 2 treninga dnevno, ako bude trebalo, ici ce i treci trening..

haha.. ubija me glad.. nemogu se ja najest bez paste ili rize.. ovako bez UH ludim.. ali mislim da ovaj tjedan je gotovo sa tom dijetom i prelazim na normalan unos UH (oko 40% ukupnih kalorija)...

Eh direktnog linka nema, osim one sekcije "najbolje od foruma" tam na onom drugom a svodi se u globalu na hrpu aktivnosti tokom dana, crobni iza teretane, ubrzanje metabolizma s više P, izmjenu kcal deficita i suficita tokom tjedna itd. Ništa posebno, ali opet, izgleda da je najbitnije ono sa aktivnostima i crobnim ujutro i iza treninga

 Ma dajte, znam da nije školski primjer al eto  nego, neka uđe u zapisnik da ovo nije bilo planirano tako da mi ne možete zakacit neko brzanje il ne do bog defku

Al šalu na stranu, izgleda da jakšic defka zaista djeluje

Davore, bitno je ovo "malo jeo ovih dana"
