što znaci "dobar dorucak"?

 U svim uputama za dobru i kavlitetnu prehranu, kombiniranom s tjelesnom aktivnošcu, uvijek se spominje da je neophodan "dobar dorucak". Redovno se nabrajaju namirnice koje se trebaju jesti za dorucak, no nikada nisam naišao na nešto konkretno kako dorucak treba izgledati.

Jel se pod "dobrim doruckom" smatra da se ujutro nakrka do besvjesti, ili je dobar dorucak pomno odabrana hrana, ili je dobar dorucak tocno određena kolicina kalorija itd.? Npr. "za dorucak jesti žitarice, jaja, jogurt, kavu, sok, caj, slaninu, ovo, ono" ... E tu izgubim kompas

Spadam u one koji moraju sve procitati, preokrenuti tri puta, pitati na š00 strana da bih krenuo u nešto, pa tako i u ovo, stoga, nadam se da ce netko imati razumijevanja i odgovoriti na ovo..

Znaci, ipak određena kolicina unosa hrane.. to me zanimalo.. Jer cijelo vrijeme sam shvacao tipa "nažderi se ujutro pa ceš jesti manje tokom dana"

š00 grama je dosta, ali za muškarca u treningu, treba toliko!

pa to je bome pojacani dorucak.. ja odradim i utege i boks, pa mi je dosta za marendu 60g fitness kruha i š00g purecih prsa..

 Nemoj opet, vidiš da smo se skoro oko trojke zakacili

pa da, malo mi je ovo, za dorucak i još prije treninga - blaženo vrijeme, bar si onda možemo oduška dat :) ovo je jedna feta kruha
