što onda jesi kad si jako loše volje?

Pošto junk food pokrece srecu (kratko vrijeme dok ne pocneš osjecati krivicu), konzumiram tako nešto da se malo oraspoložim...

 moje riješenje za junk food je da ga nemam doma, al baš ništa. Jer ako znam da tamo neka cokolada stoji a ja sjedim pred tvom i gricka mi se nešto to nece biti dobro . Shvatila sam da precesto otvaram ormarice u potrazi za grickalicama cisto iz dosade a ne stvarne potrebe za hranom. Pošto sam ja slaba na slatko a suprug na slano odlucili smo ništa ne kupovati i frižider držati poluprazan sa pokojom konzervom tune, malo posnog sira, mlijeko, jogurti i sl. tako ako smo baš gladni imamo što jesti a da nije junk food.

Nije baš neko riješenje jer kad nam dođu gosti nemamo nikad ništa za ponuditi pa cak ni sok ali naviknuli su se vec na nas

  junk food-bljak!!!!ja to ne jedem...eventualno koju cokoladicu ili sladoled kad me baš uhvati želja.i ne ide mi u glavu kako ljudi uopce mogu jesti takav sh*t...burek i tak to..užas!!!!

Jednako kao što ne razumijemo kako se netko može drogirati - ovisnost.

Treba se izlijeciti psihicka potreba za tim, jer tijelu takvo šta ne treba.

Imam pitanje, da li je dobro pojesti neki junk food da ne preskacem obroke?Jer neke dane idem na faks pa nisam kod kuce od š3:00 do 2š:00.Ujutro imam obilan dorucak,a nakon š3:00 sati nista ne jedem dok ne dodjem kuci u 9... :S znam da je to lose ,zanima me sta bih u tom razdoblju mogao pojesti a da ne poremeti moju prehranu.(vidio sam u jednom fast foodu da imaju sendvic sa tunjevinom ).hvala

Ako si ektomorf vjerojatno nece biti prevelike štete ak mazneš junk (radije nego preskocit), osim ak nije defka u pitanju. No ipak, generalno gledajuc, radije izbjegavaj junk jer ipak je prevelik dio dana u pitanju tako da si radije ponesi neki prijenosni obrok. Em jeftinije, em zdravije i znaš tocno šta jedeš

Meni je najcešce svježi sir + lanene sjemenke ili si napraviš sendvic sa integralnim kruhom, povrcem i baciš neku mesinu unutra, dimcek il tak vec nešto. Ugl, ima hrpa kombinacija.
