 Pozdrav svima!treba mi pomoc....evo,da prestavim svoj problem!!!treniram 3puta tjedno u teretani,a uz teretanu kombiniram trcanje i plivanje!?moze li mi netko,dati odgovor dali je to pravilno ili ne?u teretani provedem oko šh,a na trcanju oko 45min.... ali bas i ne vidim nekakve rezultate!!!pomazite!!!!!!

-ja bih možda smanjio trcanje na 3.5 km , to ti je oko š5 min onak lagano :)

  sve se to može lijepo iskombinirati.. plivanje je odlicna stvar...sad je stvar samo onoga što želiš postici i da li paziš na prehranu...koji je tvoj cilj uopce??
