Pitanja oko extremovog nacina prehrane

Evo da iskoristim ovo malo slobodnog vremena dok sam bolestan i da Vam postavim par pitanja prvenstveno Daliboru jer ipak je on složio taj nacin prehrane :)

Uhvatio sam olovku u ruke uzeo papir i poceo pisati ...

Zanima me Vaše mišljenje o sljedecem nacinu prehrane ...

Inace dosta sam aktivan tokom tjedna . Visok sam 201 cm i imam 102 kg .

Profesionalno se inace bavim košarkom te fali mi mišicne mase ... Gore sam nikako gradjen što možete provjeriti iz sljedecih fotografija ... Prakticki želim sagorjeti masnoce a dobiti na mišicnoj masi ...

Jesam ja pocetnik ali meni se ovo cini premalo kalorija...i ja bih bila jako zahvalna kada bi nam neko malo pojasnio kako,odnosno sto necemo gubiti na tezini...htjela bih isprobati taj nacin prehrane ali me je strah da cu prenaglo gubiti na tezini jer nemogu od jednom pojesti ni 700-800 kcal(normalo iz prihvatljivih izvora)...a kad bih cijeli dan nesto grickala onda bi bi mi sve pojedeno navecer otislo u masno tkivo,zar ne??

Oba dana su ti daleko premali sa potrebnim kalorijama, dan 1 niti za prosjcenu malenu ženu nije :) Morat ces to sve x 2 :))) Detaljnije nek ti extreme veli kak da si poslozis

ako ceš ici dakle po njegovom warrior dietu, onda vecera treba imati bar 2000kcal..znaci imas 4h da to uneses, kreces s P, M i na kraju UH.. sve treba biti iz cistih izvora kako je nabrojao u postu.. javi kako ide ako se odlucis :D ja cu pustit da isprobate pa cu onda vidjet :D ako ti budes mogao a imas 50000 treninga na dan onda cu moci i ja..jelava pokusni kunic

istina, nije objasnjeno zasto bas ovakav redoslijed.. moj bi nekakav zakljucak bio da je to zato da sto vise pojedes prije nego pocnes jesti UH jer oni navecer (prije spavanja kad se jedu) idu u bf...hmmm, dobro pitanje

princip je takav da bi se apsorbiralo maksimalno vitamina i minerala iz povrca, dijetalna vlakna da odmah potaknu probavu, zatim idu proteini, a za kraj se ostavljaju složeni ugljikohidrati kad si vec prilicno sit pa da se toga pojede u manjim kolicinama, a i ako se pretjera, nece se toliko apsorbirati, nego ce izaci u wc

neznam koliko kg imas, ali koliko sam skuzila extreme na svoje 84 kg unosi 2000kcal..
