Pecena pileca prsa sa sokom od narance
![]() Brzo i ukusno visokoproteinsko jelo. Za 4 osobe. Sastojci: š/4 šalice soka od narance 2 žlicice nasjeckanog cešnjaka š žlica ekstra djevicanskog maslinovog ulja š žlica chili praha š žlicica niskokaloricnog sladila š žlicica naribane korice narance š/4 cajna žlicica crvene paprike 4 polovice pilecih prsa bez kostiju s kožom sol i svježe mljeveni papar Priprema: U posudi pomiješati sok od narance, cešnjak, ulje, cili u prahu, niskokaloricno sladilo, koru od narance i crvenu papriku. Dodajte pileca prsa, poklopite i držite u hladnjaku 6 do 8 sati. Pospite piletinu solju i paprom. Pecite na žaru š2 do š5 minuta.
