  Može mi neko napisat prehranu za ljeto. Imam 60 kila a sad na ljeto bi ih htio nabit bar 5-š0 možete mi rec koju prehranu i suplemente da koristim.

Napisat ce ti netko sigurno, sam neznam koliko ce ti naplatit.


Evo ti jedan za džabe jelovkik:

š. cvarci+banana
2.puno sira,paškog+kora kruva,crnog
3. cevapi s puno vrhnja+caša soka od ananasa
4.pola bijelog kruva+majoneza i puding od cokolade
5. jabuka
6.masti,domace+3/4 polubijelog kruva

To je za 5 kila, ak oš š0 poduplaj sve.

hahahahah mislio sam na ozbiljnu neku prehranu ajde ja cu napisat svoju trtenutnu prehranu

marenda
zobene pahujice mljeko 0.9

dorucak
kajgana od 2-3 jaja pomješana sa tunom

rucak
uvjek razlicito najceše piletina pašta juha neka i salata

među obrok
shake od banane sa wheyom

vecera
sendvic neki ili tako nešto

prije spavanja
posni sir i kikiriki namaz

jel to dobro ako nije dobro sugerirajte mi
