Baš si dobro to smiksala, Theia.

Thanx na recepticima, ovaj zadnji je slican mom izumu, posni+jogurt(najcešce ABkult)+smrznute višnje uz malo vanilin šecera(probajte od Dr. Oetkera BIO-nerafinirani cukar s pravim zrncima mahune vanilije-u Dm-u ga ima za kupit)


Mene doma stalno pitaju kakav si ti to freak, kad možeš taj posni svaki dan i sa svim mogucim stvarima miješat

Mmmmm, posni i whey proteini u š00 kombinacija!

Probaj:
  1. posni + bioaktiv + whey (vanilija) + malo soka od limuna + zaslađivac (podsjeca na punjenje bakinih palacinki sa sirom )
  2. posni + bioaktiv (vidiš da i ja posni uvijek miješam s jogurtom) + whey (cokolada) + zaslađivac - PRAVI PMS RECEPT!

Imam ja jedno pitanjce:

citala sam da je ok nakon treninga popiti cokoladno mlijeko, e sad mene zanima jel prihvatljiva i npr.ova kombinacija:

otprilike 2 kašikice kakaa + malo mlijeka + malo vode??? i natren jedan(ali može i bez)

Imaš u konzumu i one sirupe za pravljenje bez šecera. Ja ih dosta pijem jer je ova gradska voda katastrofa okusa (o mrvicama na dnu caše necu ni pricati... A kad se tek sjetim da sam jednom, za cašu vode odstajalu preko noci, pomislila da sam ostavila cedevitu..... wtf?!?!?!)

Bas sam se nasmijala kad sam vidjela clanak "Dobra hrana"...
Prekjucer sam jela:
š. Dorucak: Zobena sa višnjama, kruškom, jabukom
2. Rucak: Salata sa tunom
3. Vecera: Jaja i svježi krastavac

Jucer:
š. Dorucak: Zobena s vocem
2. Rucak: piletina i povrce
3. Vecera: posni sir s wheyom od vanilije

Sve sam obuhvatila!

To me pere ovaj povratak u "školske klupe", pa vec sanjam da se moram trudit znat gradivo za 5, a usto još i bit pohvaljena od strane profesora.
