 Evo ovak...imam pitanje što se tice ove teme. Dakle, na u procesu sam oblikovanja tijela nakon prikupljenih mnoštva podataka i znam da se piletina može jesti na sve moguce nacine osim pohana jer upija masnocu....

No ovak....bio sam nedavno na veceri i tamo je piletina bila "spohana" samo sa brašnom i jajima....bez krušnih mrvica. Interesira me vaše mišljenje o tome :)

nisu problem krušne mrvice koliko to ulje.....

exactly. jer masnoce i ugljikohidrati ne bi smjeli zajedno.

slobodno ti paniraj piletinu i u brašnu i jajima i mrvicama, ali ih onda ubaci u pecnicu i ispeci na pek papiru, a ne pohaj u lju. dobit ceš super hrskavu piletinu i P+UH obrok.

  imas super receptic za piletinu pohanu ide ovako:
naravno prvo u brasno,pa jaja,pa onda umjesas u mjesavinu sjemenki lana ,sezama i malo mrvica to sve onako malo jace stisnes na prsa i onda  na pekpapiru u pecnicu..

meni se cinilo komplicirano ali je zvijerka od obroka poslije.
A sjemenke lana i sezama imas u svim ducanima,u Konzumu su ti po š0ak kuna ako se ne varam,. mi tako vec godinama...
..osjecam se haj
              mozak baj baj...

Inace kuham ali taj pekpapir nisam koristio nikad? cemu to služi zapravo? Kaj je to onaj neki masni papir il kaj?

Ma dušu dao za pecenje bez dodatnog podmazivanja masnocama i sve se lijepo ispece i ne zalijepi. Uvedi u upotrebu.

Meni npr kao endomorfu, ta komba sa sjemekama sezama, lana ili slicno ne paše jer su to masnoce, iako zdrave, ali u ovoj kompinaciji sa mrvicama... a-a... Prije sam to pravila cesto, kao prutice piletine na kineski sa sezamom, ali više ne.

Ideja više: umjesto mrvica, cornflakes u vrecicu i istucite baticem za meso. Mljac.

 Budem to prvi put potrazio u ducanu thnx, jel taj papir kaj zamasti hranu ili ne?

Ja gotovo uvijek ni ne dodajem masnoce jer mi je tak tesko kontrolirat unos, neg pecem na vodi hehehhee, no to moras dolit uvijek malo jer mi se ince zapece sve hehehhee tak da taj papir olaksava onda posao

a gle, ako i povuce nešto masnoce to je minimalna, zanemariva kolicina. super ti je to sa vodom, ali ne boj se pek papira.

Ajooj.. pohano je odlicno.. jos sa mrvicama.. jos na to tartar umak i sve to sa bijelim kruhom.. auuu.. koliko kalorija nakupljenih..

Idealna komba bi bila pohano meso + tartar + pomfri!

Dakako, ovo nije preporuka.. pripazite koliko jedete pohano!
