Opa, netko je zbrijao glavu :P  biceps je dobar a  defka treba još rada da se izvuku plocke :P koliko kg imaš?

Haha.. Da, dosta mi kose, pogotovo preko ljeta.. Prvi put u zivotu obrijana tikva :DD

83.. A da, vidim da plocice sporo napreduju.. Ali ipak napreduju, struk je pao na 87 (bio oko 92-93 pred mjesec, dva)..

Pa recimo da sam se u mjesec dana napio 4 puta (svaka subota), a i ne uskracujem UH, vec kalorije.. 3 dana jedem oko 700 kcal manje od odrzavanja, a onda 4. dan kao napunim se malo.. ali svaki dan oko 200g UH minimalno.. sad cu smanjit UH 3 dana na ispod š00g, pa 4. dan punjenje.. Iako ne znam.. cim ne unosim dovoljno UH, svadjam se doma cijeli dan i skoro se s bratom potucem u svadji itd..C&#š11;nfusedC&#š11;nfused

Ne vjerujem da je to do fiziologije nego si vjerovatno nabrijan jer si gladan i jer ne smiješ jesti :P

Moraš spustiti uh na oko 70 ak grama i imati treninge koji prazne glikogen, tek onda punjenje ima smisla u potpunosti, plus te nece udebljati. Naravno na punjenju se puniš UH a ne masnocaam, znaci što cišci izvori uh

A treniram utege svaki dr dan.. Jedan trening je sa teskim utezima i malim brojem ponavljanja (3-5), a sljedeci je sa kratkim pauzama i po š5 ponavljanja.. Na dane kad radim sa tezim utezima, taman mi pada punjenje.. A punim se zobenima, pastom, grahom, int kruhom.. Sto se tice crobnog, samo setanje na prazan zeludac,,, nemam volje bas nakon utega pedalirat jos.. I 3-4 put tjedno plivam..

prije punjenja treniraj samo vecim ponavljanima jer ceš potrošiti glikogen, poboljšati mršavljenje i pripremiti se za punjenje

na dan prije punjenja 6-š0 ponavljanja a dan poslje punjenja heavy 3-5

i drži carbse na pražnjenju onako kako sam rekao ;)

A na dan punjenja?? Nista od utega znaci.. Onda promjenit raspored..

Punjenje pocinješ nakon treninga (6-š0 ponavljanja), s tim da i prije treninga uzmeš š5g wheya i 30 g UH (možeš i voce), puniš se cijeli sljedeci dan (tu nema treninga) i onda dan poslije odradiš heavy...to je jedna od varijanti ako se prazniš 3 dana (npr. pon., uto. i sri.) i pola cetvrtka....pod pretpostavkom da je trening prije punjenja u cetvrtak kasnije popodne ili navecer...ili ako biš trenirao u petak ujutro, u cetvrtak se još prazniš pa punjenje odrađuješ u petak, a heavy trening u subotu.....
