Ne kazem da cu samo mjesec dana raditi na definiciji :D
Nego prethodna dva sam radio masu, i dobio je dosta, jer sam trenirao dva puta dnevno, i promijenio ishranu skroz...
Ali od sad samo na definiciji radim..

I da, valjda kad se radi na definiciji, smanjuje se kilaža, a povecava se broj ponavljanja, za razliku od treninga na kojem radiš masu: više kilaže i manje ponavljanja...

P.s to dobro znaš za ponavljanja, samo nisi znao da se na masi trenira 3 - 4 puta tjedno

Zašto misliš da je tako?

Btw, dok pišeš odgovor moraš znati da to što si napisao je sasvim krivi stereotip koji se veže uz treninge u teretani i dakako, ne valja.



Kontam si da treba staviti posebnu sekciju tu na forumu - Myth Busters, moram to reci zokiju u prijedlozima.


I za temu: š80x6 na mrtvom + što sam bolestan i može to ici još više

A zasto kad sam ja dosao i govorio da za definiciju se radi po š2-š5 ponavljanja, ste me svi napali da su to mitovi i da se uvijek radi isto ponavljanja?
