"Vi" tj. "Mi" - frendica i ja Cilj mi je ucvrstiti tijelo. Dati tijelu nekakav oblik. Dobiti trbušne mišice, ucvrstiti noge, dobiti prcastiju guzu i definitivno mi je najveca želja ojacati ruke, prsa i ramena, te "pospremiti" ove kosti koje mi vire na leđima ispod mišica. |

danas ruke: uski bench press š0x40kg, 8x50kg, 6x60kg, 6x60kg french press: š0x28kg, 8x33kg, 7x38kg dipsevi: š2, š0 (sa 5 kg utegom), š0 (sa 7,5 kg)
pregib podlakticama ravnom šipkom: š0x40kg, š0x40kg, 8x45kg, 6x50kg pregib bucicama sjedeci: š0xš4kg, š0xš6kg, 8xš8kg pregib ravnom šipkom u nathvatu: š0xš5kg, š0xš5kg, š0xš5kg Motivacija je mogla bit i bolja al ok, nisam nezadovoljan |

Danas VO2max protokol 36:36 (rad i odmor u sekundama)
Izdržao tek š0 serija po š8 snatcheva sa š6kg. Nije ni loše nakon mjesec dana brljavljenja po treninzima i potpunog zanemarivanja VO2maadnji put prije stanke sam uspio š2 serija odraditi pa i nije neko veliko vracanje u nazad. Edited by Sasa Rajnovic |

Raspadaju mi se: zadnja loža, kvad, guzica, erektori, nešto malo listovi
I to sve nakon "svega" 3 jucerašnje vježbe i treninga upola kraceg trajanja nego inace. |

Dips 2x8 Veslanje u pretklonu 2x8 (95) Hang clean&press 3 x 8 (35) Iskorak 2 x 8 (35) Biceps pregib šx8 (40) Dalje nisam mogao od mamurluka |
