U ovoj teretani nema bucica dovoljne težine. A volim kombinirat od treninga do treninga-prošli za leđa su bili uglavnom slobodni utezi osim možda jedne vježbe. Uvijek dobro osjetim leđa i na ovim mašinama, pa zašto ne ubacit i mašine?

Bome , dobro si odradio.. velike tezine, dosta ponavljanja. A mogu pitat zasto toliko ponavljanja radis?
 

Odgovara mi. Dobra pumpa, a inace leđa su mi jaca u odnosu na ostale mišicne grupe pa ne forsiram previše snagu za leđa. Ali povremeno ubacim trening sa vecim težinama i manjem broja ponavljanja, i to uglavnom samo prvu ili prve dvi osnovne vježbe

Ja sam recimo također ogranicen težinom buca u teretani (najteža 25kg, ono..ne možeš ni ruke odradit kak spada iako ih nisam radio ima vec tjedana ) al imamo dvije kratke šipke na koju se sastave tegovi i imam bucu velike kilaže ali je probem što su osiguraci vrlo nestabilni pri vecim težinama i pri najvecoj (90kg) skoro da i ne stanu na kraj te kratke šipke/buce.

 No shvacam te, i ok je ako mijenjaš treninge ali vjerojatno i sam znaš da najviše efekta na razvoj mišica i snagu imaju slobodni utezi i bodyweight vježbe, tj. pokreti što slicniji onima za koje smo predodređeni, što prirodniji pokreti.

Kad smo vec kod ove teme, ja teško mogu dobiti upalu ili cak pump od sajli/spravi.

Dobro se oznojio

razvlacenje na ravnoj klupi š0,8, 6 sa š7.5 kg
lepitr:š0,8, 6 50 i 60 kg

biceps incline curl: š0,8,6 sa š7.5 kg
pregib sipkom stojeci (duga sipka)š0,8,6 40 kg
concentracioni š0,8,6 sa š7.5 kg

nije kilaza nesto ali umori mse dobro...manje od sat vremena radim...po minutu pauze :))

Eto, baš sam se vratila iz teretane .

Zagrijavanje:

5min na biciklu (ubrzani tempo, otpor - 6)
5min na orbitreku (ubrzani tempo, otpor - od 5 do 7)
5 min na steperu (ubrzani tempo)

Vježbe:

Eh sad, ne znam tocan naziv za sve, ali fokusirali smo se na ramena, prsa i ruke. Kad saznam tocne nazive - javim
