Radim T25 ujutro da se razbudim natašte, al naspram bilo kojeg beachbody programa uključujući insanity serijal i p90 serijal, ovo mi je nekako super blago, može poslužiti kao održavanje već postignutog i kao uvod u vježbanje onome tko nije jako dugo ništa radio :)

Ne radi se ovdje o Insanityu, već o Focus T25 programu, traje 25min cca i isto je visokog intenziteta, više izvediv od Insanitya, ali većinom se bazira na cardiu.
Ja bi tu rađe dodala još vježbi snage uz Focus, ajd plivanje i šetuckanje OK, ali generalno fali vježbi snage.

pa ja ne znam da ti pored insanity programa treba šta dodatno, ali čini mi se da si previše ovo opteretila, ja da sam na tvom mjestu uzela bi plivanje i trčanje, a insanity ostavi za poslije ako vidiš da ne dobijaš željene rezultate (jer ako si početnik insanity je jako intenzivan program) pa možeš sa njim dok se malo uhodaš..

Pitanje. Smislila sam se "plan treninga" pa bih htjela provjeriti jesam li možda malo prenadobudna ili je ostvarivo. Uglavnom ako tko ima kakav dobar savjet.

Moj plan: 3 puta tjedno plivanja
3 ili 4 puta tjedno trcanje, male dionice jer sam pocetnik
dane kad ne trcim malo intenzivnija šetnja
i insanity t25, onaj novi program, dakle 5 puta tjedno

vec dvije godine redovito plivam, hodanje sam isto apsolvirala ;), a nije mi strano ni cardio vježbanje. Samo je pitanje je li to sve skupa ok, odnosno previše/premalo. Cilj: poboljšati generalno život i zdravlje i gubiti kilograme

Zagrijavanje Obicni sklekovi

1 sklekovi sa težinom 15,12,11,8
2 bench 5,6,6,5
3 Razvlacenje Bucicama 6,6,6
4 Ponovno bench plus sklekovi 5,6,6
5 Sklekovi 4 Serije kombiniranje Uglavnom bude do 10 ponavljanja zatim bez stajanja noge na stolicu i pumpanje sklekova najcešce 3-4 izvucem
6 Kosi benc 7,6,6 Nakon svakog sklekovi sa podginutim nogama...
