ja ih sad sve na ladno jedno š00-š50gr zobenih(kako kad) whey i zlicica meda. nikakva kuvanja,namakanja i sl. jednostavno sve pomisan u pijat i pojeden i to sve skupa traje š0ak minuti, ne pada mi napamet da gubin vrime kuvajuci ih. a priko zime umisto obicne vode iz spine, eventualno ugrijat u mikrovalnoj minut i to je to

pa to je to, zagriješ vodu u mikrovalki, prije tog staviš u posudu zobene i whey, kad se voda zagrije, preliješ i cao + dodaš malo pekmeza i kakao praha smanjene masti = delicija |

naravno da nije, nisu bitni omjeri.. dorucak je .. priušti si uh, plus su zobene supe rizvor Uh, jabuka ima vlakna, vitamine, minerale, ja bi tu još i meda dodao :D nemoj biti kao gymka kad je previše pazila na UH pa nije dopuštala tjelu da raste, jedi hranu :D |

a jel ok dodati grožđice ako jedem zobene sa sojinim mlijekom i jabukom(uobicajeni dorucak) ili je to previše šecera(znaci ili jabuka ili grožđice)? sad sam ubacila u prehranu te grožđice, super su mi+ imaju željeza što mi paše zbog anemije, a mislim da ih je ipak vjerojatno najbolje ujutro konzumirat

o jedem ja, jedem evo jutros sam prvi put u životu izvagala š00 g zobenih i to uopce nije tako puno kratko zakuhala zobene u mlijeku, nisam imala jabuke doma ali sam naribala komad dinje i stavila žlicicu meda... mljac i dugo nisam ogladnila. thanks Edited by chaxy |

Po meni bi trebala kombinacija.. Trebaju brzi posto cijelu noc nista ne
unosimo, a opet nam trebaju i spori tokom dana.. |

Po meni bi trebao ujutro whey, upravo zato što nisi cijelu noc unosio hranu pa mišic vapi za proteinima, dakle cilj je nahranit mišic cim prije. |
