ma foma mi je šta sad ujutro i popdne nisam kod kuce zbog škole i obaveza  pa me to malo zeza,
p.s. frend mi ošo u teretanu prije 2 tjedna i vec je dobio 1.5 kg mišica Confused , a ja fitness njab radim kod kuce

Kako si dosao do podatka da je dobio 1,5 kg misica ?

Može pitanje? 

Pošto trcim navecer, 8 - 10 km, zanima me kako si poslije trcanja podici šecer... Uglavnom poslije trcanja jedem posni sir + orasi... Je l' bi bilo dobro npr. u neki caj ubaciti žlicu meda, i možda pojesti jabuku, je li to ok? Hvala...

Ne citaj informacije sa new age stranica i raznih gloria i mila.Jednostavno pojedi to kad ti odgovara, ne kompliciraj si zivot nepotrebnim stvarima.

Prica gluposti, hipertrofija se ne dešava prije svega tako brzo da bi u 2 tjedna išta vidio, a pogotovo to na vagi nije mogao vidjeti i ako je gledao to po vagi onda nemam rijeci.......btw kilaza u toku jednog dana moze varirati i par kg sto nikako ne znaci da smo se zdebljali, odnosno dobili misicnu masu

Dorucak : 2 jajeta + 50 g zobenih sa mlijekom + banana
Rucak : 20 g purece salame+ 2 šnite kuruznog
Škola : 2 sendvica od tune u raženom kruhu
20h : Trening
PWM: 35 g wheya+3 žlice meda ( nestalo mi dekstroze )
21:30 - 100 g tjestenine od punih žitarica + sir kravlji
22:30 - 100 g posnog+šaka oraha

180 cm visok , 70-71 kg variram nekad i do 69 kg , 17 god.

...ajde dobro nisi toliko mršav, ja san s 17 ima 1.86 i 73 kg pa znam otprilike na cemu si, ali moraš još meni poboljšat i to dosta, ali gledaj to s vedrije strane, ništa tu nije nemoguce, malo te hebe škola kao i mene u tim danima, nego... ima mista za napredak i to te može radovat, zamisli šta ce bit kad sve dodje na svoje misto a doc ce samo se trudi i ne odustaj........

ma kakvo odustajanje , samo me malo hebe prehrana jel štedim ove godine za more , maturalac , 18. rodj. i tako , ali prehranu cu naravno popravljati , treba još prouciti i popraviti !

Dorucak : danas nema zobenih :D , 3 šnite raženog sa medom + mlijeko+banana
Rucak: GRAH+mladi luk+2 šnite raženog
Škola : 1 banana+2 sendvica od tune
Vecera: tjestenina od cjelovitih šitarica 100-150g + kravlji sir +( posveceni štapici )+banana
THE END : 100g posnog
sve je u banani
