evo ja cu napisat za prekjucer pošto sam jucer junkao al na WD sam pa samo da otipkam

ujutro 45 minuta kardio na orbitreku pristojnim intenzitetom (znojio sam se popravo u hladnoj sobi)

nakon toga (cca 8 h) 2,5 deci domaceg kiselog mlijeka

preko dana se posti ali sam nagurao u sebe 2 zelena soka (više vrsta salate, mrkva i banana)

za veceru pun tanjur tih istih salata(al ogromna kolicina XD), 3 jaja, 2 pileca fileta pecena bez masti 2 žlice domaceg maslaca od kikirikija, 4 šnite integralnog kruha i poslije toga 2 listica cokolade "after eight"

pošto sam nakon sat vremena opet bio gladan pojeo sam još oko 250 grama domaceg svježeg kravljeg sira

danas sam poslije kardia ponovo pojeo 2.5 dcl istog kiselog mlijeka, planiram tokom dana 2-3 zelena shakea (mrkva blitva i banana pa koliko sokova ispadne trebalo bi bit ko 8 dcl) i navecer ponovo piletina, sir, kruh itd dok se ne zasitim

nisam iz zg, al sam bila u dubravici i jedino što tamo priznajem je ono neko bio, raženo ili kako se vec zove pecivo i bioaktiv :D

ne brojim kcal, al trebam oko 1900.
zobene jedem s vodom.
i navecer na kraju nisam pojela ovaj obrok koji sam napisala nego: kakao smanjene masti (vrhom puna žlicica), pola šalice mlijeka+pola šalice vode, 2 natreena
a menza, jbg, nemrem baš puno birati di da jedem, em žurba, em besparica, em ne znam jel su sendvici iz dubravice puno zdraviji :D

jes, cijeli dorucak je tipfeler, osim jaja di bi našla 80dkg sumskog voca, ni da sam sumski patuljak    20g, 80g

trening
M 250ml cokoladnog mlijeka, za cca sat vremena 1 jabuka
R: (u menzi) pileci saft s rižom(pojela svo meso, pola kolicine riže), juha od gljiva(ali ne krem, cijele gljive, prilicno rijetka, nadam se da nije bilo brašna), brokula i karfiol
M: jabuka, bademi i indijski orašcici
M2: 2 žlice posnog sira, malo jogurta, 1 jabuka, šaka badema i indijskih orašcica

zobene 60g, wheey 30g, šaka groždjica
2 reda crne cokolade
200g pilletine, 50g pašte sa povrcem (tikvice, pomidori, paprika, kapula i cešnjak, zdinstani)
whey +2dcl mlijeka 0,9% m.m., naranca

planiram još jedan obrok  i 2 treninga ;) obrok  zavisi od treningaa :D

Mo: sumsko voce (50g) u posnom siru (70g)+ orasi (5g)
V: kuhani mix povrca (200g)+ tuna u salamuri (50g)+ 1 cijelo jaje i 1 bjelanjak (skuhani i narezani u salatu)+ 1 žlicica maslinovog
pred spavanje- feta sir- 30g
