To mi pase kad dodjem iz skole :D
A nisam jeo grejp,neko ga drugi pojeo prije mene :( ,ali obicno pojedem vocku posto je rucak tek oko 5
pa me to malo zeza,a vecera oko 10 pa ne mogu puno jesti.

Cilj:
Dorucak : 150 g zobenih + 3 jajeta + jabuka
Rucak : oko 200 g pilecih prsa+100g tjestenine+ neke salate i šnita kruha
PreWM: 100 g tjestenine+100g prsa
PWM:30 g whey+50 dekstroza 
Vecera : puretina oko 200 g + krumpir nezz sad kolko grama + laneno ulje

ja obozavan jest...meni je rekla kolegica da njen muz jede koliko ja da bi ima 300 kila LOL
danas opet dan bez treninga
ujutro 125gr zobene i 30 gr whey
pa otisa na posal na poslu sef donija neki dobar sladoled pa san odma malo proba,onda za rucak piletina punjena sa siron(pileca prsa punjena s gorgonzolon i peceno na rostilju bez drugih masnoca i bez priloga jer san san zna da cu danas poist nesto junka pa san za rucak samo p+m tako da kad junkan da sta manje ukupno UH bude u danu),pa san malo poslin opet taj sladoled sa preljevon od sumskog voca,domaci preljev s pravin vocen(ja ga pravija),pa san nakon toga poija pola pizze jer kolegica nije mogla cilu pa joj ja pomoga,pa san kolegici reka da mi opali plesku ako buden tija opet ic jestLOL pa san doma malo maslaca od kikirikija i sad san 20gr kazeina i 12ml omege 3 i iden lec moran sutra radit trening pa odma na posal..hrana je super,hrana je zakon jos ako je ukusna i dobra di ces bolje,a junk je smece ali nekad je nuznoLOL

Cilj je minimizirati vrijeme na 10/21K i povecavati izdržljivost. Trcim na otvorenom preko 10K dnevno, ponekad i 20K. Ne želim nabiti mišicnu masu. Smršaviti nemam što.

6. Cemu banana nakon aerobnog?
7. Nakon koliko su ti ovi orašasti, odnosno koliko nakon zadnjeg obroka?
8. U koliko sati ti je ovaj zadnji obrok?

Koji ti je cilj uopce Maratonac?
