gledala sam davno sastav i činio mi se ok, pošto nisam neki stručnjak uvijek vas oću pitat i zaboravim :D
da, da, prefin je:) može se jest i sa slatkim i slanim:)
samo njega uzimam, jedino kad nemam za njega onda od kplusa posni, taj je malo kiselkast ali ok... :)
uglavnom, drago mi je da ga papate:)))))

Veceras na TV-u film Avatar i traje 3 sata...ima netko neku zgodnu ideju sta bi se moglo grickati dok se gleda film? Meni na pamet ne pada nista osim mrkve

Inace slabo gledam filmove i opcenito TV tako da inace nista ne grickam uz to

ja sam si znala napraviti čips od kelja Tongue

Ja nikad ne grickam dok gledam TV, tako da nisam baš maštovita na tom području. Ustvari rijetko gledam tv

Šta vam je svima da grickate tolko tog povrća? A proteina nekih uz to? Dip od posnog sira maybe?

Ne jedem sir i mlijecne proizvode jer imam previse kalcija u krvi, pa ono malo sto smijem bude iz wheya

Kaze mi mama da ce me trbuh zaboliti od tolikog povrca, ali nema veze, uz TV mi se bas gricka nest

Kako je sutra Uskrs, napravio sam si proteinske okruglice, genijalne su, mozda i recept napisem. Svestran sam u kuhinji, svasta kuham i pravim za jelo, blago mojoj zeni jednog dana

ja sam se poslje svoje cikle najela onog varazdinskog sira s vrhnjem Big smile mljac, ima masti dosta ali ne dira me LOL

Ma svjezi sir je zakon, jako zasiti, to je odlicno za svakoga tko pazi na zdravu prehranu, odlicna alternativa...

Ja koji ga ne smijem tamanim najvise piletinu i razne vrste riba, a koji put i lignje

Ja upravo pojela sir i bademe!

Rambo - piši recept i stavi slike!

Ja radila "fit" francusku salatu.
Sve isto od povrća kao i inaće u francuskoj, samo nema majoneze i vrhnja, nego milbona i jogurt + začini. Prefino mi je. To sutra uz šunkicu i jaja

od kad ga jedem svaki dan, rastu mi nokti, kosa, zglobovi mi se ne "savijaju" :D ne znam dal je do toga ali :D

To ti je opcenito od proteina :)))

Sutra ce recept biti i slike kako mi je ispalo, inace moze se napraviti u 15 min, a zdrav i sladak, a sto je najvaznije proteinski desert

Greska koju sam ja napravio je ta da sam jos dodao u pecnicu 15 min pa je voda otisla i sad su suhi kao keksi, al inace bi bili pravi kolaci
