 bok. evo ovakav je moj program za masu

š.dan-prsa

2.dan-biceps

3.dan-leđa

4.dan-triceps

5.dan-ramena i noge.

vježbe izvodim sa 8 seija , prva š2 ponavljanja zatim ostale manje ponavljanja , vec opterecenja.   zanima me jeli to dobar program?

Hmmm pa gdje??

Pa da, kad bi bilo toga uopce...


Kao da je trening taj o kojem ovisi jesi na masi il definiciji il održavanju..ajme...

  Možda bi trebao preci na dvije mišicne skupine u jednom danu. Evo covjek ti hoce reci
da nema razlike u treningu za def/mas, razlike su u kuhinji ocito.

Pogrešan pristup.

Nema veze što dižeš 75kg, šta to nama i tebi znaci? I da dižeđ 200, kakve veze. Jesi li powerlifter ili bodybuilder? Nemaju veze ni godine.

I ti opet tražiš trening za masu...

Suocavaš se sa hrpom pocetnickih grešaka, prvo se toga treba rješiti.

Nadovezao bi se na prvi odgovor da je možda bolje da se prebacis na dvije mišicne skupine a ne na jednu.

Druga stvar moja preporuka je da ne preferiraš teretanu kolko imam osjecaj da ju preferiras i da jedan dan izdvojis za gimnsatiku. Nadam se da znaš što smatram viježbama gimnastike.
