 hola people!

da li netko zna koje se vjezbe primjenjuju ako se zeli smanjiti obujam bokova???

prosla sam cijeli google u potrazi za odgovorom ali ljudi kao da nikad nisu culi za taj "problem"!!!

 Znam ja sta bi ti htjela jer i ja imam taj problem, ali rjesenje ti nije vjezbanje donjeg dijela tijela, nego vjezbanje u cijelosti (crobni treninza), a kad ces poceti gubiti taj dio tijela odreduje tvoja genetika.

Mozda Bog zeli da upoznas mnogo pogresnih osoba prije nego sto upoznas pravu i na tome ces mu, kad se to bude dogodilo, biti zahvalan.

 Ma dragi moji.... Nije ni ta guza dosla sama od sebe, a da imam problem - imam! Stvar je u tome sto sam nakon godina i godina treniranja otkrila nacin kako da kontroliram taj problem.

Isto tako, znam da kad dobijem i najmanju kilicu - ona ide na TO kriticno mjesto. Vi muski.... nikada nece razumjeti nas zene....

 JOOOOOOOJ!!!!!!!!!

Najgora moguca stvar koja se nama zenama mogla desiti su ti nesretni bokovi.......ok, jos one koje ne treniraju, pa ni ne idu toliko za njima, ali mi "opsjednute", barem ja, podivljam kad se tih pol kile uhvati bas TAMO!!!!

Blago muskima, nabiju 500 kg na cucanj i papaju ko kraljevi, smrc
