Ovako da li se prvo nabija misicna masa pa onda definicija
ili obrnuto??? Moze li i jedno i drugo u isto vreme? Napremer ako se radi biceps 2 puta sedmicno da jedan dan sto veca tezina da drugi put sto manja a vise ponavljanja??? Hvala |

Najbolje se uhvatiti jednog kako spada... a masa ili definicuja ovisi o trenutacnom stanju, iako po meni bolje prvo odraditi definiciju nego se dalje mastiti bezvze
