hvala na dobrodoslici.....ja vam dolazim iz osijeka!!!radim kao trgovacki putnik....treniram ovako:3puta tjedno teretana,i 2puta trcanje ili plivanje!!!ali ja mislim da,ipak lose treniram u teretani...nesto mi i bas ne ide!!iiiiiiiiiiiii....moj veliki problem...prehrana!!neka mi netko kaze...kada,koliko i sto treba jesti!!!!(tezina i visina....š90cm-96kg)
