Upravo sam bio na trcanju i toplo bi preporucio svima Trening prsluk,, mislim da sam se sav upalio,, ovo ce mi ubrzat moj cilj 100% ,,,kvalitetan je i isplati se uzeti pogotovo jer mozete mjenjat kilazu!!

staviš par debljih knjiga u ruksak i vec si prešišao 10kg, ili za one hardcore, dvije tri cigle u ruksak i opet dodje na isto. za zgibove i dipse imate pojas i lanac i dodajete utege, cemu prsluk s utezima?

sa ruksakom nije isto sve ide na ledja tj. kralježnica se više opterecuje
