Pozdrav, zanima me jedna stvar. Imam nizak tlak i primjetila sam ako treniram na prazan stomak (npr skakanje užeta,trčanje) kasnije cijeli dan imam vrtoglavice. Jel ima netko iskustva s time i ako može koji savjet uz trening i niski tlak. Hvala

Pozdrav Ivana! Kad sam počinjao s postnim treningom,osjećao sam se ko totalno s***e,stalno mi je tlak bio nizak,obrati malo pozornost da unosis optimalno soli i tekucine,a s vremenom ces se naviknuti,tijelo ti tek pocinje privikavanje na trening kad su glikogenske rezerve niske,bez brige,naviknut ces se :) Postni trening ima jako puno prednosti i pomaze kod optimizacije hormona i teže ćeš doći do takozvanog "zida",odnosno nekog levela gdje ne mozes vise :D Sretno!
