Nevjerojatno!
Meni zvuci suludo! OK, miš u kavezu nema baš izbora pa pojede koliko
dobije. I da, pretio covjek od 200 kila ima itekakvu motivaciju da sreže SVOJ
dnevni unos kalorija, što onda vjerojatno dođe na nešto normalno...
Ali meni ne pada na pamet da ne jedem pa da se srušim na treningu!? Koja
glupost...

cak smo prije nekoliko godina mogli i u medijima vidjeti kako to izgleda u praksi i uvjeriti se da stvarno djeluje. Jest da je motiv bio drukciji ali rezultat je isti.

Vukovarci su u Mitrovici imali krišku crnog "suvog leba" sirovo jaje, sirovu hrenovku i nekuhani griz na vodi..

  Ova dijeta je losa, da.. vec kad se ide na taj sistem, onda se smanji kalorijski unos na minimalni moguci da bi organizam normalno funkcionirao i mrsavis, iako ni to nije zdravo..

Treba razmišljati i u tom smjeru da ima osoba koje dnevno u sebe unesu zaista velike kolicine hrane, pa kada im porcije smanjiš na neki optimalan i normalan br kalorija dnevno - oni to shvacaju kao minimalno. Ne znam da li je kod sfinge isto taj slucaj.

Gym - ti sigurno za sebe ne bi rekla da malo jedeš, jeli tako? Ali usporedi se sa npr osobom koja cijeli život za rucak pojede po npr 2 puna tanjura tjestenine, za dorucak pola kruha sa paštetom i navecer npr pizzu (ima ih vjeruj mi). Daj toj osobi 30 - 50 g zobenih sa mlijekom za dorucak, posni sir za rucak i veceru i taj ce skapavati u pocetku.

 Istina Skviki! Ali ja sam se osvrnula na sfingin primjer jelovnika, ne znam da li si ga vidjela . Ako je misilila na takve minimalne kolicine, onda takav minimum nebi nikome preporucila :)

Malo? Ne, nikako, zapravo taman koliko mi treba jer kilaža stoji na mjestu :) Ali to su normalne kolicine hrane koje mi daju dovoljno energije, a da nisam prenatrpana što se dešava u slucaju ovakvog jelovnika kakvog si navela :) A i ova zadnja recenica je opet jedan loš primjer kojem nebi nikom preporucila - tako da bi taj sigurno skapavao od gladi jer ovo sve zajedno nije ništa - ja sigurno tako ne jedem, ne znam što bi me tu držalo na životu uz ovakve treninge 

Sigurno da svatko ima svoju definiciju minimuma i maksimuma ali ovo su ipak dvije loše krajnosti, a ja predlažem jednu FAQ sredinu
