Ma bude mi teško, ali nekako se natjeram. Sve za onaj savršeni osjecaj zadovoljstva i ponosa nakon dobro odradjenog treninga. A i muž kaže da se vec vidi napredak, posebno na nogama i guzi. Ja to nevidim, ali to je trenutno manje bitno.

mislim, svašta sam probala al cvarke s posnim, e to bome nisam

Ok, kužim, hormoncici su ipak odigrali svoje. Kako god bilo, nema veze.....odlucila si, krenula si i to je to - samo budi uporna i postic ceš sve što si zacrtala.

Ne znam šta bih ti rekla za Insanity...u najboljem slucaju, prilagodi ga sebi...

A što se tice kreatina, zbog toga ga nemoj uzimati... rekla bih ti da radje popiješ zeleni caj/kavu ali bit ce ti kasno za to. Možda ce netko imati ideje, ja nemam problema sa energijom za trening ali nisam ni približno toliko zauzeta kao ti tako da... :), a i nisam ti baš tip od tih energetskih suplemenata.

Ako biš vec uzimala nešto, onda uzmi whey...a ovo drugo zaboravi. Cak ga možeš onda i pijuckat dok treniraš ili prije...i on ce te malo potaknut da se pokreneš ;)

A tko ce ga znat. Neznam ni kad ni zašto, ali bitno je da sam sad jako budna.
A što se kila tice, nisam imala problema do 16e godine. Onda su lagano krenile gore, ali s obzirom da sam do onda imala "samo" 52kg nije to bio neki problem, lijepo su izgledale na meni.
Medjutim, sa 18 godina sam se razbolila i da ne ostanem neplodna morala sam uzimat nekakve hormone i u kratkom vremenu dobila nekih 20kg koje nikako nisam uspjevala skinuti pa sam se prestala trudit. Dugo je ta kilaža stajala nepromjenjena, 5 kila gore ili dolje, i onda sam prošle godine sa 23 godine i 73kg ostala trudna. U trudnoci sam dobila još 15ak kg (jaaaaaako sam pazila na prehranu), ali vecina je otišla pri porodu. Nakon poroda ostala sam na 75kg i to je trajalo do nedavno kad je vaga pokazala 76. Onda sam odlucila da je dosta i pocela isti dan s Insanity-jem i lagano planirat obroke (srijeda je bila, tako da sam se otresla one "od ponedjeljka" spike) i sada sve to modificiram prema svojim potrebama. Stalno nešto citam, proucavam, informiram se... Na kraju krajeva, zato i jesam tu.
A kreatin sam htjela cisto zbog energije jer vježbam navece kad sredim kucu, zadace i spremim bebu na spavanje pa budem vec umorna. Ali nedam se. Big smile

Odakle ti proteini u cvarcima? Smile


pitaj njih link ili pronadji neku drugu tablicu u kojoj je nešto drugo, inace i u loju govedjem ima hrpa proteina

Ne pitam te zato da nama kažeš, nego da samoj sebi definiraš.... shvati jedno na pocetku - prije od svega radi na mindsetu, vidim da tu ima nekih blokada. Alkohol, cigarete, antisocial karakter....sve je to nacin bijega radi necega. To ti znaš i to rješavaj...inace ce sve biti vrcenje u krug.

Da, da. Nema više brljavit. Gospodin suprug je isto krenuo sa nekim svojim fitnessom tako da mi to tandemski rješavamo. Hladnjak je trenutno krcat posnim sirom, tunjevinom, kozjim svježim sirom, mlijekom i povecom kolicinom povrca.

dvije rijeci- dalmatinski pršut (odstaniš masne dijelove i paziš da ne pretjeruješ zbog puno soli koju sadrži)
