Pozdrav!
U zadnje vrijeme mi jako puno osoba preporucuje tz. baby hapu
2 banane+mlijeko(nemasno)+plazma keks+med.Navodno dize imunitet i puna je proteina.Ali ono sto mene cudi je: zar sve ove namirnice ne sadrze pretezno ugljikohidrate a ne proteine?
Ako neko ima "iskustva" sa ovim jelima,da li se preporucuju,koliko su hranjiva i u kojem pogledu...

Nemam iskustva s tim, ali i meni se cini da i tu ima najvise ugljikohidrata, svakako puno vise nego proteina!

Ali valjda ce se javit netko na forumu tko zna tocnije i tko je to bas probao , i onda vjerojatno bolje proucio sastav

 Ja osobno doruckujem musle sa nemasnim mlijekom, i poslje jedem neko voce...mislim...ako bilo sta fizicki radis,...ne vjerujem da mozes izdrzati dugo samo na jabuci ili naranci

muesli s polumasnim mlijekom, 2 bjelanka, šx centravit, šx plivit C, 2x B komplex

2-3 sata nakon dorucka:
jabuka, naranca, Acedofilno mlijeko 0,9% 200g

Sa svim tim svejedno sam premrsav(nisam toliko mrsav, nego tesko dobivam misicnu masu), tako da se ne moram brinut, ali i inace sam dosta aktivan , sjedim jedino kad sam u skoli jer onda moram tako da ...
