Da.. Listove bi trebalo vise puta tjedno radit i
velik broj ponavljanja, oni se brzo

radim iste vjezbe ko na slici samo bez sipke i utega vec na
spravi bas za to,al sistem je isti...uvjek volim podebljat

Nekak sam izgubio volju za vježbanjem listova, ono, mislim da sam im posvetio najviše pažnje, a debili ne reagiraju na nikakav treining. Listovi su stvar genetike, ili ih imaš, il ih nemaš, užas
