Može se i piletinom zamijeniti... ja obično samo pobacam u jela sve šta nađem u kući a čini mi se primamljivo u tom trenutku, i najčešće super ispadne :)

Eeee ciljala sam na quinou Wink Njam, odlično, mada meni slanutak nekako teško padne .....pa bi umjesto toga ubacila koje jaje Cool Da malo smanjimo uh-a, a dignemo P Clown

Quinoa! Detaljni recept sam postala na moj (tek stvoreni Tongue ) blog! Osim toga ima i ljubičastog luka, paprike, i bundevinih sjememki, a dressing je od maslinovog, limuna i malo soli! Ispalo je preefino Beer

Lagana salata od kvinoje i slanutka
Ovo smo imali prije par dana za ručak! Preko myfitnesspala sam računala da porcija ima oko 20g proteina Heart

Regularane hladne salate dok nisam počeo eksperimentirati sa keto dijetom.
Sastojci tjestenina ili grah ili kukuruz šećerac ili tak nešto+ tuna komadi+paprika + luk + rajčica+ malo posnog sira. Od začina standard malo soli, papra, majčine dušice i chilija (volim ljuto, a i samo jelo bude ukusnije). Kao dodatak žlica lanenog ulja i/ili mljevene lanene sjemenke. Prednost je kad radim napravim veću količinu pa imam obično obrok za dva dana. Idealno ako si u vremenskoj stisci sa obavezama.




Drugi tip obroka je otkako eksperimentiram sa keto dijetom.

Obično nekakvo meso ( puretina na slici)+ kuhano povrće(na slici je tikvica + mrkva, ali kako je sezona tikvica sada i donesem ih od doma u Zg uglavnom su one + ili zelene mahune, ili kelj)
Obavezno salata nekakva tu konkretno rajčica, paprika, kupus, češnjak sa obaveznom majčinom dušicom, chilijem i lanenim uljem:

Malo ste mi prestali fotkati klope :) Trebao bih jedan savjet... malo mi je muka više jesti milbonu žlicom XD Kupio sma si jedan blender...sada sam doslovno samo na shake-ovima haha... e sada...što bih mogao ubaciti recimo u milbonu za neki šejk za pre-bed ...ako imate inspiracije pomozite mi ...cuclam sada ga sa mlijekom i cimetom ali nije dobra ideja baš XD

današnji međuobrok desert :D
 
jabuka  izrezana na manje komade, bjelanjak, 2 žlice kokosovog brašna, malo stevije i sjeckanih badema
u pećnicu 20-ak min na 180
i kasnije sam stavila žlicu pekmeza sa stevijom
