Eto. Na pripremama sam. Ujutro zobene s mlijekom jabuka i zeleni caj. Nakon toga kardio (plivanje) 40min pa taktika 30min pa teretana sat vremena i sad cekam rucak

A moras shvatit da do ctvrtka uopce nemogu kontrolirati prehranu. Ono st mi daju daju tako da... a treninzi su ubitacni da poslije Pojedes vola

Evo da vam se javim. Bijesan sam sam na sebe. Poslije priprema i nezdravog hranjenja podebljo sam se kilu. Uf. Nikako ja na zelenu granu. Što napraviti kad ne možeš ovisiti o vlastitoj prehrani? Potrebna mi je neka motivacija i to pod hitno.... :(

Velika zdjela manestre od raznog povrca, 200g pilecih prsa, 1 velika tikvica, 5 sampinjona i 100g razenog kruha , a salata velika zdjela rukole i desert kockica tamne cokolade.

Sve pojacaj, u skoli je bitan obrok isto, jabuka i kruska su nista, eventualno da uz njih dodas bademe ili orase...

Moras se sa sobom dogovoriti da li ti to stvarno zelis pod cijenu da zrtvujes odredjene stvari(hranu).Trebas vise se ukljuciti u citanje i proucavanje a ne samo u postavljanje pitanja na koja dobijes odgovor ali ga ne primjenis.Sretno u ostvarenju ciljeva jer sigurno ti to mozes. :)

Evo da vam se malo javim. Vaga pokazuje 6 kila manje. Ojačo sam ruke, a pogotovo noge. Bilo je velikih uspona i padova, ali sad sam zadovoljan samim sobom. Nastavit ću živjeti ovin ritmom i nadam se da će rezultati počet dolazit na vidjelo. Hvala svima! :)
