Tu ima nekih 200-250 g.Pola pilećih prsa koja teže 560g.Po mojoj slobodnoj procjeni.Ne važem i ne brojim kalorije.Kupim prsa, pola jedan obrok, pola drugi obrok.

Današnji obrok prije treninga i poslije treninga.
Prije: piletina, grašak, raženi.
Poslije: tuna i bijela riža sa kurkumom i chilijem.

Ok je, samo ne pretjerati sa kurkumom.Inače stavljam chilli umak, ali ovo je bio suhi začin pošto se radilo o PWM.Preporučam chilli umak.

rižini krekeri sa namazom od tune (jaja,sira,kiselih krastavaca) , kao doručak, ujedno i pwm
i kolači od zobenih, kokosa, banana, naranče, jaja, malo kakaa i stevije

meni se sviđaju sve tri, a bez ikakvog dodanog šećera i masti Big smile

Orada, krumpir, paprika, tikvica, češnjak, maslinovo ulje, pod folijom u pećnici 45 minuta na 180 stupnjeva.
