Ok
Sad sam kupila neke krekere, , zovu se wasa,
Pise na 100g 350kcal, protein 10g, ugljikohidrati 65g,
U biti 1 kreker ima 30kcal...
Dal to. Tko jede?

Samo prehrana!!

Maksimalno izbjegavaj te slatkiše...imaj doma one slatke plocice sa sezama pa ako ti baš dodje gušt uzmi jednu ili pola (prije treninga), iako to slatko probaj max. izbjegavati!!

Danas 60minutq kardio:-)
Prije vjezbanja sqm zgrijesila, svekrva mi je kupila raffaelo, plaojela 2kuglice..
Dal bi mozda neki dodaci prehrani mogli pomoci izgaranju masti?

ja sam pred malo operirao koljeno, radim vijacu na mekanoj podlozi u tenesicama i sa steznikom, manja mi je bol od trcanja i orbitreka.

A znam da mi treba kardio, a jbg. Zeznula sam se s orbitrekom, ovaj je pun sipak veci i razmak izmedu nogu. Nogu je veci i jednostavno mi ne odgovara...
Ma nabavit cu ja jos jedan manji cim prije:-)
Muzu je ovaj novi super, danas je odvozio pola sata u komadu, bio je mokar ko mis:-)
Da nam vrijeme otopli onda bi i bicikl malo ubacila al ovak nista...
Toliko smo se nabrijali na vjezbanje da ne. Preskacemo:-)

Nisam odustala:-)
Tesko je, ali polako...
Danas sam vjezbala sat vremena, vjezbe s jillian s bucicama i tako..
Malo sam se zeznula, prodala sam mali orbitrek i kupila veliki s vecom nosivoscu kako bi suprug mogao vjezbati...
I sad mi je taj veliki preveliki jer sam ja samo 155cm..tako da vjezbam s bucicama, skacem dok ne nabavim jos jedan manji orbi:-)
Navukla sam se na njega i sad mi fali:-)
