Znaci program for now:
pon-uto-cet-sub gym ujutro ili najkasnije oko 1 da sam do 2 gotov
svaki dan neovisno o treningu navecer od 9-9:45 yoga plus svaki drugi dan mijenjam trbušnjacite kettlebell cardio.
U biti više cijeli core nego fokusirano trbušnjake samo koji su mi beskorisni ako samo njih radim.
U danima kada nemam gym popodne idem na capoeiru ili radim HIIT program po insanity asylumu 1 ili 2.

Za 3 tjedna u danima pon i cet uz gym cu ubacit još vjerojatno i lagani cardio-šetanje ili dodatna 2 treninga capoeire u popodnevnim satima pošto ce biti proljece i toplija vremena a ja volim zrak :)

Update stiže kroz par dana sa cijelim programom.

Nema vaganja do 16tog treceg, tako da kad stanem da se obradujem :D Što više to bolje :)

Ja sam prebijen, idem spat za sat vremena. Znojim se, kile padaju, u hlacama opet sve više mjesta, dobro je :)

Bro split predtavlja takav split da se jedna velika mišicna skupina radi 1 x sedmicno. Upper lower je takav nacin treniranja da se jedan dan trenira gornji a jedan dan donji dio tijela. Trening na kojem se rade posebno ramena, sama ledja ili + biceps su na fat lossu a inace za vecinu populacije beskorisni, jer to je za ljude na hemiji i profi bb.
Onoga trena kada pocneš razmišljati što ceš uraditi ako izgubiš, vec si izgubio.

Još sat vremena pa trening ledja + triceps + ramena
šipka za zgibove, karike, 2 gumene trake, stolica i kb 20kg here we go :DD
možda ubacim clean and press odmah nakon zgibova hmmmm....

a ja pojedem nekad 500g sirove paste u 500g mesa za rucak, i nakon toga idem jest zobene s proteinima jer i dalje glad.. uff

a gle uzmeš li u obzir da su u prosjeku 3 obroka oko 250-300, i 2 oko 350  to je velika kolicina hrane dnevno al glad je non stop tu :D radi metabolizam 100 na sat :))

A ona to mrzi :D hihihihi :P
